Don Russell Curriculum Vitae
Biography
Don Russell (Born 1953, Winchester Kentucky): Don began photographing in his teens and has continued throughout his life. He trained in Photography at the University of Kentucky and The Maryland Institute, College of Art. He also holds a BS in Electrical Engineering. Mr. Russell has been widely exhibited and published with images included at exhibitions at The Center Fine Art Photography, The Griffin Museum of Photography, and Davis Orton Gallery. Portfolios from the Cowboys of Color Project are in the collections of The Autry Museum, Los Angeles CA. , and The Stark Museum, Orange TX. He has published five books, the latest being Cowboys of Color. Don lives in North Texas with his wife and Daughter.
